Expandable container house/homes is not same with traditional squared container house, it is special designed temporary or permanent house. It not only can be used for office, shop, camp accommodation, rental housing, but also popular for flat granny house, resort house, private prota cabin, family living house and temporary modular house. Usable size: 37m2 for 20 feet length, 75m2 for 40 feet length

Life span: this type portable house is built by Heavy Steel Structure and sandwich panel for wall, most of the materials are steel, then assemble related fittings and other accessories. It can be used 15-20 years.

Installation: expand container house is similar with traditional container house when it closed in transportation, but it can be open and assembled very fast in several hours by professional workers, then you can move in and use it directly.

Transportation and loading: this pop up homes can be loaded in 40'HC directly, load or unload by crane through the casting corner holes. If your place is not flat to put this house, you also can built 12-16 concrete foundation columns to support it.

Electrical and plumbing: all the system for the foldable container house will be prefabricated in our factory, no matter wire, distribution box, or switches and socket, we can supply different standard to meet different countries' requirement.

Frame: our expandable cabin house frame was researched and developed by our professional engineer team, already got the patent. Perfect durability and stability got a lot of positive feedback.

Insulation and fireproof: the wall sandwich panel can be 50mm and 75mm, the thicker, the better insulation performance. Core material in the sandwich panel is EPS foam or glass fiber. If client pay more attention to fireproof, this will be the best choice. We can supply Non-asbestos Test Report for both of these materials.

Decoration: skirting line, cornice and other accessories will be supplied together with the expandable homes, help you to make the house more beautiful and create a comfortable environment.

For size, we can supply both 20 feet and 40 feet to meet different customers requirement;
For layout, there will be 0-4 and more bedrooms to choose;
For frame color, you can choose any color you wanted;
For wall panel color, white gray, dark gray, blue and red are optional;

All the bathroom fittings, including shower room, toilet, wash basin and mirror will be pre assembled in our factory, so will doors. We also will do some special reinforce package to protect them when the pop up container homes in transportation.

You also can add some decoration materials on the exterior wall of the expandable home to make it more beautiful, but because of its expandability, you have to assemble them by yourself with out instruction.
