1. Description of 3 in 1 folding Container house 20ft folding container house for sale
It is about 37 sqm and it takes one day for 6 persons to complete the installation. It includes two bedrooms. Modular House design, easy to assemble.
3 in 1 folding 20 ft expandable container house's bathroom equipped with toilet, shower room, wash basin with mirror and cabinet, which are all installaed in my facotry. Customers only need to connect supply and drainage pipe locally.
The kitchen is open, and equipped with L type cabinet, and living room. Range hood, oven, dishwasher and other fittings are optional.
In the living room, enough space for you to put down a table, sofa, tea table etc.
Remarks: there is also 40ft expandable container house, which is 74sqm, and can own 1~4 bedrooms.

All the walls are made of 50mm thick, or 75mm thick EPS sandwich panels, which is good heat insulation proformance.
The side of expandable container house has two windows for standard model. But you like to open a door here, or to add extra exterior wall cladding panels are available.
Some client will prefer to paint the surface by themself in different colors.

Packing & Delivery
Before transportation, the expandable container home will be closed, size is 2250*5850*2580mm which is just suitable for 40'HC. There will be protective film outside of the cabin.
